Freight Charges:
Customer has the option to select various mode of shipment: by courier, post office, air or sea freight, either on "Freight Prepaid" or "Freight Collect" basis.
For "Freight Prepaid"
Our on-line shopping system will compute the freight charge based on the total weight and your delivery location for courier service, we normally use international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS). We reserve the right to appoint anyone of the four couriers depending on the day, weight and location.
Additional charges may imposed of customer insist on specific courier company and for delivery to remote areas as published on courier companies website.
Freight charges inclusive of all local expenses, such as packing, transportation. customs handling and terminal charge etc.
For "Freight Collect"
Please provide us the name of your self-appointed shipping agent or courier company and your account number with your agent for us to contact them to collect your order from our warehouse in China.

Order Policy:
When an order is placed, you will receive confirmation of your order from us by email. We will endeavor to fulfill all orders immediately and hence, we regret that it is not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Delivery Policy:
We normally maintain a minimal inventory of 50 pieces on each product. Please confirm with us on the delivery date when placing larger orders.
It is our policy to deliver your order in to 3 days working days (Monday to Fridays excluding Bank Holidays) following the day that the payment has been received. Once the goods has been dispatched, tracking number will be given for your on line tracking.

Product Charges:
We reserve the right from time to time without incurring any obligation to the buyers to discontinue any products, to alter the design or production and/or to add new and additional features to its line of products. We further reserve the right to manufacture any products whatsoever under different brand names than those presently in existence without consulting the buyers.
Acceptance:
The customer shall inspect the goods and its condition upon receipt. The Customer should notify otoproduct.com within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken within this time frame, we shall consider the products being as described therein, to be satisfactory in quality and fit for their purposes and may not accept any rejection at a later date.
Warranty:
AutoTestAid.Com warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of Six (6) months from the date of original purchase.
If within the warranty period, the product shall be proved to the manufacturers satisfaction to be defective; it shall be repaired, or at the manufacturers option, replaced without charge.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accident, abuse, improper voltage, service, fire, flood, lighting, or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer.
AutoTestAid.Com, under no circumstances shall be liable to special, indirect, or consequential damages, or for any delays in performance of this warranty due to causes beyond its control.
Data Protection and Piracy:
The personal information with which you provided us will be safeguarded by us and will only be used for its specific purposes and it will never be disclosed to any third parties.
The Buyer acknowledges that technical information contained in plans, drawings, specifications and other documents disclosed and/or furnished to him by the Seller are the sole and exclusive property of the Seller and the Buyer shall hold same in confidence.
Loss, Damage or Delay of Goods:
The risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier point of shipment. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made promptly and directly to the carrier company. The Customer bears the risk once the goods have been delivered.
Any claims for shortage or errors in shipment caused by packing error and not the carrier part, must be filed with us within 14 days upon receipt of the shipment.
